Its a smaller size hanging light which is usually more popular and desirable, it will hang about 18 inches from the ceiling canopy mount 10 in diameter at widest point around middle 3 brass colored metal arms. This one was made by MOE LIGHT and I've found the exact shown on page 25 of 1967 Moe Lighting catalog, see last photo. This was from their Early American product line and the model number M-1301-12. I've seen similar ones called Denton or like hobnail glass lamps but here is a marked one that can be attributed to MOE.

Some of the metal fixture may actually be brass, its pretty heavy, curved tubing is not magnetic. Everything looks original to the piece.
